  1. Lead and manage a team of baristas to ensure exceptional customer service and the delivery of the Starbucks experience.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and partners.
  4. Train, coach, and motivate team members to consistently provide high-quality products and services.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  7. Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and scheduling.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and support for team members.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with other store managers and district managers to share best practices and improve overall store performance.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry and market trends and make recommendations to drive business growth.
  12. Uphold and promote Starbucks values and culture in all aspects of the job.
  13. Ensure the store meets health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
  14. Manage and maintain equipment, reporting any malfunctions or necessary repairs.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and maintain the store's reputation as a top-performing location.
