Experience In Retail Management: A Successful Store Manager At Starbucks Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Managing A Retail Store, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Store Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Motivating A Team To Achieve Sales Targets And Provide Excellent Customer Service.
Knowledge Of Coffee And Beverage Industry: As A Coffee Chain, Starbucks Expects Its Store Managers To Have A Good Understanding Of The Coffee And Beverage Industry, Including Knowledge Of Different Coffee Blends, Brewing Methods, And Seasonal Offerings.
