Experience In The Retail Or Food Industry: Previous Experience In A Management Role Within The Retail Or Food Industry Is Preferred, As It Demonstrates An Understanding Of The Fast-Paced And Customer-Focused Environment Of Starbucks.
Organizational And Time Management Abilities: With Multiple Tasks To Juggle, The Store Manager Must Be Highly Organized And Able To Prioritize Effectively To Ensure The Store Runs Smoothly And Efficiently.
