  1. Lead and manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  2. Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the store to ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  4. Monitor and track store performance, including sales, inventory, and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  5. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement among team members.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a high level of operational excellence.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Starbucks and its values in the community.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  10. Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for customers and employees.
  11. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure adequate stock of products.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them reach their full potential.
  14. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
  15. Collaborate with other store managers and company leaders to share best practices and drive overall business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Managerial Experience: A Successful Store Manager At Starbucks Should Have 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Retail Or Food Service Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing A Team, Setting And Achieving Sales Goals, And Handling Customer Service Issues.
