Shift Supervisor

1. Lead and inspire a team of baristas to deliver exceptional service and maintain the high standards of Starbucks.
2. Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
3. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers by greeting them with a warm smile and engaging in friendly conversation.
4. Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently during your shift.
5. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure that all products are available for customers.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
7. Act as a role model for team members by displaying a strong work ethic and upholding the values of Starbucks.
8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to help them grow and improve.
9. Communicate effectively with store management and other supervisors to ensure smooth operations and consistency in service.
10. Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
11. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
12. Take ownership of any issues that may arise during your shift and work towards finding a solution.
13. Assist with opening and closing duties, cash handling, and other administrative tasks as needed.
14. Actively promote and uphold the Starbucks brand and values.
15. Maintain a positive attitude and foster a team-oriented work environment.
