Shift Supervisor

We're looking for a Shift Supervisor to join the Starbucks team and help ensure smooth and successful operations. Our ideal candidate is an experienced, organized professional who has a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising and directing team members in providing exceptional customer service, while meeting and exceeding the store's sales goals.To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You'll also need to be a strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
