Shift Supervisor

1. Oversee daily operations: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is properly staffed, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
2. Lead and train staff: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for training and supervising a team of baristas, ensuring they are knowledgeable about Starbucks products and providing exceptional customer service.
3. Manage inventory: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for managing inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and ensuring stock is rotated and maintained according to company standards.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience at Starbucks, from greeting them warmly to resolving any issues that may arise.
5. Uphold Starbucks standards: The Shift Supervisor will be expected to uphold the high quality and service standards set by Starbucks, ensuring that all drinks and food items are prepared correctly and efficiently.
