- Lead and manage a team of baristas to provide exceptional service to customers.
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers to enhance their overall experience.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the store, including managing inventory, scheduling, and cash handling.
- Train and mentor new baristas in customer service, coffee preparation, and store policies and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Monitor and maintain quality control of coffee and food products, ensuring they meet Starbucks' standards.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with store management to create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations.
- Continuously strive to improve and maintain excellent customer service and product quality.
- Keep up-to-date with new products, promotions, and company initiatives.
- Act as a role model for team members by demonstrating a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
- Ensure all team members are following Starbucks' brand standards and guidelines.
Previous Supervisory Experience In A Fast-Paced Environment, Preferably In The Food Or Beverage Industry.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Knowledge Of Coffee And Espresso Preparation Techniques, As Well As The Starbucks Brand And Menu.
Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Issues In A Professional And Timely Manner.
Flexibility To Work Varying Shifts, Including Nights And Weekends, As Needed To Meet Business Demands.
