1. Lead and motivate a team of baristas to provide exceptional customer service.
2. Ensure that all team members are following company standards and policies.
3. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about company products and procedures.
4. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
5. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
6. Address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
7. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
8. Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations.
9. Handle employee scheduling and time-off requests.
10. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and sales.
11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
12. Facilitate team meetings and communicate important updates or changes.
13. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
14. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and teamwork.
