1. Supervise and lead a team of baristas to ensure exceptional service and uphold company standards.
2. Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers by greeting them with a friendly attitude and ensuring their needs are met.
3. Train and develop team members in company policies, procedures, and customer service skills.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all supplies and products are stocked and readily available for customers.
5. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store.
6. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
7. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
