Shift Supervisor

1. Oversee and manage a team of baristas during each shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Train and mentor baristas on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
3. Ensure all customers are greeted and served in a friendly and welcoming manner.
4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking and organizing supplies.
5. Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served according to company standards.
6. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
7. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise during a shift.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
9. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
10. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and sales.
11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
12. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
13. Continuously strive to uphold the Starbucks brand and uphold the company's values and culture.
14. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, serving as a role model for team members.
