  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  2. Train, mentor, and supervise a team of baristas to ensure they provide quality service and follow company standards.
  3. Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
  4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Ensure all food and beverage products are prepared and served according to company standards and guidelines.
  6. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and appearance to uphold the brand image.
  7. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  8. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and meet sales targets.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  10. Stay updated on new products, promotions, and company initiatives to effectively communicate them to the team and customers.
  11. Assist with scheduling and managing labor costs to maintain budget goals.
  12. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  13. Handle administrative tasks such as tracking inventory, placing orders, and completing reports.
