
Shift Supervisor

- Oversee Daily Store Operations: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks such as opening and closing duties, cash handling, inventory management, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and clean.
- Ensure Exceptional Customer Service: The Shift Supervisor will be expected to lead by example and provide exceptional customer service to every guest, setting the standard for the rest of the team.
- Train and Develop Team Members: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing new and existing team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to customers.
- Monitor and Maintain Quality Standards: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality and consistency of products, ensuring they meet Starbucks standards.
- Lead and Motivate Team: The Shift Supervisor will serve as a role model for the team, maintaining a positive attitude, and motivating team members to perform their best.
- Handle Customer Concerns: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for addressing and resolving any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with Scheduling: The Shift Supervisor will assist in creating and maintaining the store schedule to ensure adequate coverage during peak and non-peak hours.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for managing inventory levels, placing orders for supplies, and ensuring the store is well-stocked at all times.
- Uphold Store Policies and Procedures: The Shift Supervisor will ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Continuously Improve Store Performance: The Shift Supervisor will work closely with the store manager to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall store performance.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Supervisory Role.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Train Team Members.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Coffee And Espresso Drinks, Including Proficiency In Making And Serving Them.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Conflicts.
Flexible Availability And Willingness To Work Early Mornings, Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays.
