  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Senior Manager In This Role At Starbucks Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products And Managing Existing Portfolios.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Data Analysis And The Ability To Use Insights To Drive Strategic Decision-Making. This Includes Staying Up-To-Date On Industry Trends, Understanding Consumer Preferences, And Being Familiar With Competitive Products And Offerings.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Abilities And Business Acumen. This Includes The Ability To Develop Long-Term Product Strategies, Make Data-Driven Decisions, And Manage Budgets And Resources Effectively To Drive Business Growth And Profitability.
