Senior Android Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Android Engineer to join the Starbucks team and help shape the future of our mobile applications. Our ideal candidate is an experienced and highly skilled software engineer with a passion for building innovative and engaging Android applications.To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the Android platform and mobile app development. You should be comfortable working in an agile and collaborative environment, and have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multiple teams.We’re looking for a developer who is passionate about coding and is eager to learn new technologies. You should have a technical background, with a solid understanding of the Android platform and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field- 5+ years of experience developing Android applications- Experience with Android SDK and NDK- Proficient with Android UI design and development- Experience with mobile technologies such as Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi, etc.- Working knowledge of software design and development principles- Strong problem solving and debugging skills- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
