  1. Manage the financial aspects of capital investments for the company.
  2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data related to capital investments.
  4. Develop and maintain financial models and reports to track and monitor capital expenditures.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
  6. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for capital investments.
  8. Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on accounting procedures and best practices.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  11. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to capital accounting.
  12. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Finance: A Senior Accountant At Starbucks Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Accounting Or Finance To Understand Complex Financial Transactions And Statements.

  • Cpa Certification: A Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) License Is Highly Preferred For This Role As It Demonstrates A High Level Of Accounting Knowledge And Expertise.

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Accounting: This Position Requires A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Accounting, Preferably In A Similar Role, To Ensure The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Procedures.

  • Knowledge Of Gaap And Sox Compliance: A Senior Accountant At Starbucks Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And Sarbanes-Oxley (Sox) Compliance To Ensure Accurate Financial Reporting.

  • Experience With Capital Accounting: As This Position Specifically Focuses On Capital Accounting, Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In This Area, Including Knowledge Of Fixed Assets, Depreciation, And Capital Expenditure Tracking.
