Regional Operations Coach

We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and organized Regional Operations Coach to join our team here at Starbucks. In addition to managing the operations of the region, the Regional Operations Coach will also provide training and coaching to store managers, ensuring that they are meeting the company’s goals and expectations.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong knowledge of retail operations and Starbucks operations. You must also have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting.
