7. Communicate program updates and progress to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
8. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support program initiatives.
9. Provide guidance and support to regional teams in implementing programs at the store level.
10. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate our workplace solutions programs.
11. Develop and manage budgets for program initiatives.
12. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to workplace solutions.
13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all partners.
14. Represent the company and its values in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
