Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager of Total Rewards & Core HR to join the team at Starbucks. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring that Starbucks provides a competitive and equitable compensation and benefits program for all its employees. We are looking for someone with strong organizational, analytical, and communications skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Total Rewards & Core HR components of the employee experience. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in HR Program Management. If you have a passion for crafting a Total Rewards & Core HR program that will support and engage our employees, then this may be the perfect role for you!
