  1. Design visually appealing and engaging content for Starbucks' brand, including but not limited to social media posts, digital advertisements, and print materials.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative content ideas that align with the brand's overall strategy and goals.
  3. Use production design techniques and tools to create high-quality and consistent content that meets brand standards.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and elevate the brand's content.
  5. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and goals, and deliver designs that meet those objectives.
  6. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  7. Utilize a deep understanding of the brand to ensure all content stays true to Starbucks' values and image.
  8. Work closely with the photography and video teams to ensure visual consistency across all content.
  9. Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns on the team.
  10. Maintain and organize all design files and assets to ensure easy access and consistency for future projects.
  11. Communicate and present design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the company's standards and values in all aspects of the work.
  13. Continuously seek out ways to improve and innovate the brand's content through creative thinking and problem solving.
  14. Adhere to project budgets and timelines, and effectively communicate any potential issues or delays.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge, skills, and ideas with team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Production Design Role, Preferably In A Creative Agency Or In-House Team

  • Proficient In Adobe Creative Suite, Particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, And Indesign

  • Strong Understanding Of Design Principles And Ability To Create Innovative And Visually Appealing Content

  • Experience With Project Management And Ability To Meet Tight Deadlines While Maintaining High Quality Standards
