- Oversee the entire procure to pay process at Starbucks, ensuring that all purchasing, inventory management, and payment activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement and optimize supply chain operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement and inventory management processes.
- Monitor and analyze procurement and inventory data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
- Create and maintain policies and procedures for the procure to pay process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Train and develop team members on procurement and inventory management best practices.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on procurement and inventory management activities.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to drive process improvements and achieve business goals.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

This Includes Knowledge Of Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, Supplier Management, And Purchase Order Processing.
