- Oversee and manage the daily operations of Starbucks stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to make informed business decisions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with standards.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and manage budgets and control expenses to ensure profitability.
- Represent Starbucks in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Budgeting, Financial Analysis, And Inventory Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.
Familiarity With Starbucks Operations And Company Policies And Procedures.
