9. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and supply chain, to support company initiatives and promotions.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to make informed business decisions.
11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees, promoting teamwork and open communication.
12. Conduct regular store audits to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with standards.
13. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
14. Develop and manage budgets and control expenses to ensure profitability.
