4. Train and mentor store managers and staff on operational processes and best practices.
5. Monitor inventory levels and supply chain to ensure timely and accurate product availability.

7. Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
8. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company standards and identify areas for improvement.

12. Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating store managers and staff.
13. Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
14. Ensure all stores are following health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment.
15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
