- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and effective operations across all Starbucks locations.
- Oversee store performance, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.
- Train and mentor store managers and staff on operational processes and best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain to ensure timely and accurate product availability.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to drive business growth and achieve company goals.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting the company's values of integrity, respect, and diversity.
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating store managers and staff.
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
- Ensure all stores are following health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Management And Budgeting, With The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Financial Reports.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, And Logistics, With A Focus On Maintaining High Levels Of Efficiency And Productivity.
