  2. Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
  4. Train and mentor new employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver excellent customer service.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales and customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  6. Collaborate with regional and district managers to implement company initiatives and maintain brand standards.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
  12. Ensure that all store equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  13. Assist with the recruitment and hiring process to build a strong and talented team.
  14. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service, promoting the Starbucks brand and values.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Operations Management: The Ideal Candidate For An Operations Lead Role At Starbucks Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry. The Operations Lead Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Their Team, As Well As Customers And Other Stakeholders.
