As an Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our stores, while also providing leadership and support to our store teams.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Starbucks stores, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Provide leadership and support to store managers and their teams, setting clear expectations and providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer service, while maintaining Starbucks' high standards.
  4. Work closely with store managers to ensure proper inventory levels, ordering, and rotation of products.
  5. Train and onboard new store managers and team members on Starbucks' policies, procedures, and standards.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive results.
  7. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues that may arise.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and drive company goals.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the operations function.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Starbucks, promoting the company's values and mission to both customers and team members.
  12. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  13. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budget management.
  14. Participate in hiring and training processes to ensure the team is staffed with qualified and motivated individuals.
  15. Continuously assess and improve processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Operations Management: A Strong Candidate For The Operations Lead Position At Starbucks Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry. This Includes Experience In Overseeing Multiple Locations, Managing Budgets, And Implementing Operational Strategies.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Operations Lead Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Employees, So Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Provide Constructive Feedback.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities: The Operations Lead Must Be Able To Think Critically And Make Sound Decisions In High-Pressure Situations. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Solve Operational Issues, Adapt To Changing Circumstances, And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Knowledge Of Starbucks Operations And Standards: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Starbucks' Operations And Standards. This Includes Knowledge Of The Company's Products, Processes, And Procedures, As Well As A Commitment To Upholding The Company's Brand And Values.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Operations Lead Will Need To Communicate Effectively With Team Members, Customers, And Other Stakeholders. This Includes Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Positive Relationships With Others.
