  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple Starbucks stores, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed effectively.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and productivity.
  3. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely ordering of supplies.
  4. Create and maintain work schedules for team members, taking into consideration business needs and employee availability.
  5. Train, coach, and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service and uphold the Starbucks brand standards.
  6. Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  7. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with store managers and team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the stores.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support the overall success of the stores.
  10. Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to operations management.
  12. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for team members and customers.
  13. Proactively identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
  14. Ensure all necessary paperwork, reports, and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Operations Lead Should Have Experience In Managing Teams And Leading Them Towards Achieving Goals And Objectives. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Inspire Team Members To Deliver Exceptional Results.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: In This Role, The Operations Lead Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Employees, Customers, And Management. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential.

  • Knowledge Of Operations Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Operations Management Principles, Including Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, And Quality Control.   • Experience In The Retail/Food And Beverage Industry: Previous Experience In The Retail Or Food And Beverage Industry Is Preferred For This Role. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Has A Good Understanding Of The Industry's Standards, Processes, And Regulations.

  • Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities: As An Operations Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling Various Challenges And Making Critical Decisions. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills To Navigate Through Complex Situations And Deliver Effective Solutions.
