- Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure that all tasks and duties are being completed efficiently and effectively.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for both partners (employees) and customers.
- Train and develop new partners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure that all products are stocked and displayed according to company standards.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Lead by example and set a high standard for customer service, product quality, and store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with other store leaders to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall store performance.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all partners, fostering a strong sense of community and teamwork.
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed by all partners.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in scheduling and managing partner shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and store performance through regular evaluation and implementation of new ideas and processes.
- Act as a role model for the company's mission, values, and culture.
- Attend and participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Operational Processes And Procedures, With The Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement And Implement Effective Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Profitability.
