Job Description

As an Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our stores, while also mentoring and leading a team of dedicated baristas. We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.   1. Oversee daily operations of the Starbucks store, ensuring that all tasks and duties are completed accurately and efficiently.
  2. Provide exemplary customer service to all patrons, creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
  3. Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies, ensuring that the store is well-stocked at all times.
  5. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the front and back of house areas.
  7. Create and implement schedules for team members, ensuring adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  8. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share goals, and provide feedback.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  10. Collaborate with other store leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  11. Continuously monitor and assess store performance, identifying areas of success and areas for improvement.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, making recommendations for improvement based on findings.
  13. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to the company's values.
  14. Assist with new hire training and onboarding, ensuring that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, respect, and collaboration among team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Leadership Skills: The Operations Lead Must Have Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Baristas And Other Store Employees.

  • Operational Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role In The Food And Beverage Industry Is Required For This Position.

  • Customer Service Orientation: The Operations Lead Must Have A Passion For Delivering Exceptional Customer Service And Ensuring That All Customers Have A Positive Experience At The Store.

  • Organizational Skills: This Role Requires Excellent Organizational Skills To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of The Store, Including Managing Inventory, Scheduling Employees, And Maintaining Cleanliness And Organization Standards.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: The Operations Lead Must Be Able To Adapt To A Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing Work Environment, And Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities At Once. Flexibility In Working Hours And Availability Is Also Important For This Role.
