  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our Starbucks stores, including but not limited to: inventory management, ordering supplies, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Train and develop store team members to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the Starbucks brand standards.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  4. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
  5. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products and beverages are prepared according to Starbucks standards.
  6. Work closely with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and increase sales.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, seeking to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Maintain accurate records and reports related to store operations, sales, and inventory.
  9. Collaborate with other store leaders to plan and execute special events and promotions.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and make suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  11. Lead by example and inspire team members to uphold the values and culture of Starbucks.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
