Operations Lead

Welcome to Starbucks! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Lead to join our team and help ensure operational excellence across all of our stores. The Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, managing and developing a team of store managers, and implementing processes to drive efficiency and consistency. 1. Oversee day-to-day operations of all Starbucks stores, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
2. Manage, train, and develop a team of store managers to ensure consistent operational standards across all stores.
3. Implement and monitor processes and procedures to drive efficiency and streamline operations.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
5. Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
7. Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and ensure that all stores are delivering an exceptional customer experience.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for operational excellence.
9. Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
10. Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular updates on store operations and performance.
11. Plan and manage store budgets, including expenses and labor costs.
12. Identify and address any equipment or maintenance needs to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
13. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and innovate store operations.
14. Hire, train, and mentor new store managers to ensure a strong and capable team.
15. Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's values and standards at all times.
