  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Starbucks stores.
  2. Ensure that all stores are running smoothly and efficiently.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall operations of the stores.
  5. Train and mentor store managers and employees on operational procedures and protocols.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Identify and resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  9. Communicate and work closely with upper management to provide updates on store operations and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Lead and motivate store teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  12. Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Create and implement training programs to ensure consistent operational standards across all stores.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance store operations.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional work environment for all employees.
