  1. Oversee daily operations of multiple Starbucks stores, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  2. Train and mentor store managers and staff to uphold company standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to avoid any stock shortages.
  4. Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
  6. Conduct regular store audits to evaluate and improve store performance.
  7. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall store performance.
  9. Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to operations.
  10. Communicate effectively with upper management to report on store performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Maintain and update store procedures and manuals to reflect current practices and policies.
  12. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve operations.
  14. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure promotional and seasonal campaigns are executed effectively at the store level.
  15. Attend meetings and trainings as required by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Operations Management: The Operations Lead Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Food Service Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Operations Management Principles And Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Operations Lead Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Upper Management, And Customers.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Operations Lead Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Motivating A Team. They Should Be Able To Delegate Tasks, Provide Clear Direction, And Inspire Their Team To Achieve Goals.

  • Knowledge Of Starbucks Standards And Procedures: The Operations Lead Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Starbucks Standards And Procedures. This Includes Knowledge Of Product Quality, Store Cleanliness, Customer Service, And Safety Protocols.

  • Problem Solving And Decision Making Abilities: The Operations Lead Should Be Able To Think Critically And Make Decisions Quickly In A Fast-Paced Environment. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Handle Unexpected Situations With Ease.
