  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities and technology for Starbucks stores, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of facilities and technology in stores, with the goal of improving customer experiences and operational efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that align with Starbucks' brand and mission.
  4. Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess the condition of facilities and technology, identify any issues, and address them promptly.
  5. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and effective maintenance and repairs of facilities and technology.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in facilities and technology management, and recommend new technologies and processes to enhance our operations.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for facilities and technology, ensuring cost-effective solutions that align with Starbucks' financial goals.
  8. Train and mentor store managers and partners (employees) on proper use and maintenance of facilities and technology, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards related to facilities and technology, and take immediate action to address any violations.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for store managers and partners regarding facilities and technology-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate support and guidance.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication among all stakeholders.
  12. Represent Starbucks at industry events and conferences, sharing best practices and building relationships with other professionals in the facilities and technology management field.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Facility And Technology Systems, Including Maintenance, Upgrades, And Implementation.

  • Excellent Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
