We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Producer to join our team and help bring our brand to life. As a Marketing Producer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and innovative campaigns that showcase the art and science of coffee.   1. Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the unique experience and offerings of Starbucks Reserve.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  4. Create compelling and visually appealing content that showcases the art and science of coffee and resonates with our target audience.
  5. Manage and oversee the production process of marketing materials, including print and digital campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
  6. Act as the brand ambassador for Starbucks Reserve, ensuring all marketing materials and messaging are consistent with brand guidelines and values.
  7. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  8. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date with new and emerging technologies and marketing techniques to enhance the brand’s presence and reach.
  10. Maintain a strong understanding of the coffee industry and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  11. Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials and strategies that support sales efforts and drive revenue.
  12. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic.
  13. Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Marketing Or Advertising, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams

  • Proficiency In Digital Marketing Strategies, Social Media Platforms, And Analytics Tools
