Manager – Tryer Lab Analytics

Lead the development and evolution of next generation Tryer Lab practices. From experiment design and analytics to synthesis and reporting output. Architect and develop methods by which we visualize and democratize data and experiment learnings to business end-users across multiple organizations. Leads the design and development of new and improved innovation lab processes, tools and system enhancements to support experiment analytics and data-capture. Project management actives, such as program development and planning, resourcing, managing scope, and delivering on the stated goals. Assists with testing and implementation of assigned products, programs and system initiatives to ensure quality, prioritization and field operation feasibility prior to rollout. Lead and facilitate laboratory tests from experiment design to final synthesis. Capture observation, insights and data needed to provide objective and effective testing recaps.
