  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of program management for Starbucks, ensuring the successful execution of programs and initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for program management in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
  3. Lead and guide cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and effective communication throughout the program lifecycle.
  4. Monitor and track program progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
  5. Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously improve program processes and outcomes.
  6. Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the program management team, setting clear expectations and providing support and guidance as needed.
  7. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of programs with overall company goals and strategies.
  8. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial goals.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in program management, incorporating new ideas and strategies into Starbucks programs.
