- Conduct regular maintenance checks on all equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues.
- Perform repairs and troubleshoot any malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Order and maintain inventory of necessary equipment and supplies.
- Communicate with store managers and other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption to store operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks.
- Stay up-to-date on new equipment and technologies in order to make recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance work areas.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete larger projects and tasks.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills when interacting with store employees and customers.
- Communicate any maintenance issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in maintaining equipment and facilities.

Knowledge Of Equipment Maintenance: A Maintenance Mechanic At Starbucks Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Equipment Maintenance, Including Troubleshooting And Repairing Various Types Of Machinery And Systems.
Technical Skills: This Position Requires Technical Skills Such As Electrical, Mechanical, And Plumbing Knowledge. A Maintenance Mechanic Should Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Diagrams To Effectively Troubleshoot And Repair Equipment.
Experience In A Similar Role: Previous Experience As A Maintenance Mechanic, Preferably In A Food Service Or Manufacturing Environment, Is Highly Desired. This Will Ensure The Candidate Has A Good Understanding Of The Specific Needs And Challenges Of Maintaining Equipment In A Fast-Paced, High-Volume Setting.
Attention To Detail: Maintaining Equipment At Starbucks Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure Equipment Is Functioning Properly And Meets Health And Safety Standards. A Maintenance Mechanic Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify Potential Issues Before They Become Major Problems.
