- Conduct regular maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities in Starbucks stores.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any mechanical issues that may arise.
- Create and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment and facilities are functioning optimally.
- Respond promptly to any urgent repair requests and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Collaborate with store managers and other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment and order replacements as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and facilities to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in equipment and technology to make recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
- Train and mentor new maintenance team members as needed.
- Communicate effectively with store managers and other team members to provide updates on maintenance activities and schedules.
Experience In Mechanical Maintenance: A Maintenance Mechanic At Starbucks Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Maintenance, Preferably In A Food Or Beverage Manufacturing Environment.
Knowledge Of Electrical Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Electrical Systems Such As Motors, Control Panels, And Wiring. They Should Also Be Able To Troubleshoot And Repair Electrical Issues.
Familiarity With Plumbing And Hvac Systems: Starbucks Stores Have Complex Plumbing And Hvac Systems That Require Regular Maintenance. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Maintaining And Repairing These Systems.
Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals: The Role Of A Maintenance Mechanic Involves Reading And Understanding Technical Manuals To Troubleshoot And Repair Equipment. The Candidate Should Be Able To Comprehend And Follow These Manuals Accurately.
