As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and has a strong mechanical background. If you are passionate about coffee and have the necessary qualifications, we would love to have you on our team!

  1. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on all coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  3. Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  4. Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any potential issues and address them proactively.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
  6. Order and maintain an inventory of necessary parts and supplies for equipment repairs.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  8. Communicate with management regarding any equipment issues or maintenance needs.
  9. Train and mentor other team members on basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  10. Stay up-to-date on new equipment and technology in the coffee industry and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
  11. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the Starbucks brand.
  12. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude: A Maintenance Mechanic At Starbucks Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Mechanical Systems And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Repair Various Equipment And Machinery.
