  1. Develop and implement innovative and effective marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  2. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute loyalty programs and campaigns.
  3. Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and operations, to ensure alignment of loyalty initiatives with overall business goals.
  5. Monitor and track the success of loyalty programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies related to customer loyalty and retention.
  7. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
  8. Develop and manage budget for loyalty marketing department.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior management on the progress and results of loyalty initiatives.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador and maintain the company's high standards of customer service and brand image.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Loyalty Marketing, Preferably In The Retail Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Loyalty Program Strategies And Customer Retention Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
