- Develop and implement innovative and effective marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute loyalty programs and campaigns.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and operations, to ensure alignment of loyalty initiatives with overall business goals.
- Monitor and track the success of loyalty programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies related to customer loyalty and retention.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Develop and manage budget for loyalty marketing department.
- Communicate regularly with senior management on the progress and results of loyalty initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintain the company's high standards of customer service and brand image.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Loyalty Marketing, Preferably In The Retail Or Hospitality Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Loyalty Program Strategies And Customer Retention Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
