As a District Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of Store Managers, while ensuring the success of multiple stores within your district.   1. Lead and manage a team of Store Managers within a designated district.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability within the district.
  3. Ensure all stores within the district are meeting and exceeding company standards and expectations.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales and financial data, and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Conduct regular store visits and provide coaching and feedback to Store Managers.
  6. Hire, train, and develop Store Managers to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
  7. Collaborate with other District Managers and upper management to share best practices and drive overall company success.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain a strong understanding of the coffee industry and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  11. Communicate effectively with Store Managers, upper management, and other departments within the company.
  12. Handle any escalated customer or employee issues within the district.
  13. Manage and track district expenses and budgets.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing development and support to Store Managers.
  15. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: The District Manager Should Have Proven Experience In Leading A Team And Managing Multiple Store Locations, Ensuring Consistent Performance And Upholding Company Standards.

  • Retail Management Experience: Prior Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry, Is Essential For A District Manager At Starbucks. This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Sales Forecasting, And Customer Service.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A District Manager, Effective Communication Is Crucial In Liaising With Store Managers, Communicating Company Goals And Policies, And Resolving Any Issues That May Arise.
