- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability within the district.
- Ensure all stores within the district are meeting and exceeding company standards and expectations.
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct regular store visits and provide coaching and feedback to Store Managers.
- Hire, train, and develop Store Managers to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
- Collaborate with other District Managers and upper management to share best practices and drive overall company success.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the coffee industry and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Communicate effectively with Store Managers, upper management, and other departments within the company.
- Handle any escalated customer or employee issues within the district.
- Manage and track district expenses and budgets.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing development and support to Store Managers.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Strong Leadership Skills: The District Manager Should Have Proven Experience In Leading A Team And Managing Multiple Store Locations, Ensuring Consistent Performance And Upholding Company Standards.
Retail Management Experience: Prior Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry, Is Essential For A District Manager At Starbucks. This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Sales Forecasting, And Customer Service.
