- Set clear performance expectations and goals for Store Managers and hold them accountable for achieving results.
- Regularly assess and evaluate store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive sales and profitability.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting our company values of respect, inclusion, and excellence.
- Train and coach Store Managers on all aspects of store operations, including customer service, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain store compliance with company standards and policies, including food safety, health, and safety regulations.
- Create and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, and drive customer traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute district-specific initiatives and promotions.
- Manage district budget and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and achieving financial targets.
- Represent the company and act as a brand ambassador in the local community, building relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
