- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and their teams to ensure consistent brand standards and excellent customer service
- Conduct regular store visits and inspections to monitor and maintain store operations, cleanliness, and adherence to policies and procedures
- Train and develop store managers to effectively lead and manage their teams
- Collaborate with various departments such as HR, marketing, and finance to achieve district and company objectives
- Monitor and analyze district performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to store managers
- Identify and report any potential issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make informed decisions for the district
- Represent the Starbucks brand and maintain positive relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Or Food Service Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Financial Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Store Managers And Employees.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Customers, Employees, And Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Starbucks Brand And Culture, As Well As A Passion For Delivering The Highest Quality Coffee And Customer Experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or A Related Field. An Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Is Preferred.
