  1. Oversee a designated group of stores within a given area and ensure operational excellence in all locations.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers to drive business growth and foster a positive team culture.
  3. Implement and maintain company standards and policies to ensure consistency and quality across all stores.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to drive profitability.
  5. Train, coach, and develop store managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to effectively manage their stores.
  6. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  7. Communicate and collaborate with upper management to provide updates on store performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make strategic decisions and drive innovation within the district.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and empowers employees to reach their full potential.
