  1. Oversee and manage multiple Starbucks stores within a designated district, ensuring they are all operating efficiently and effectively.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability in the district.
  3. Set and communicate clear performance expectations to store managers and hold them accountable for meeting goals.
  4. Train and develop store managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to lead their teams to success.
  5. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain a positive store reputation.
  6. Ensure all stores are adhering to company standards for quality and cleanliness.
  7. Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback and coaching to store managers.
  8. Collaborate with other district managers and corporate teams to share best practices and implement company initiatives.
  9. Manage budgets and expenses for the district, making strategic decisions to maximize resources.
  10. Recruit, hire, and onboard new store managers and foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  12. Represent the company at district-level events and meetings with partners and stakeholders.
  13. Uphold and promote the company's values, mission, and culture within the district.
  14. Handle any escalated customer or employee issues with professionalism and in accordance with company policies.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement within the district.
