  1. Lead and manage a team of store managers to ensure they are meeting and exceeding sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high operational standards.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability across multiple store locations.
  3. Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture within the district, fostering teamwork and employee development.
  5. Train, coach, and mentor store managers to develop their leadership skills and ensure consistency in customer service and operations.
  6. Set and communicate clear expectations to store managers and hold them accountable for meeting performance goals.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, HR, and finance to support the overall success of the district.
  8. Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  9. Manage and control district budgets, including labor and operating expenses.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to inform business decisions and keep the district ahead of the competition.
  11. Represent the company and uphold its values and brand image in all interactions with employees, customers, and external partners.
  12. Handle and resolve any escalated customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular reports on district performance.
  14. Ensure all stores are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and growth within the district.
