- Oversee the operations of multiple Starbucks locations within the designated region.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to store managers.
- Travel to different store locations as needed to provide support and guidance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to store operations and performance.
- Represent the company at community events and participate in local marketing efforts.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Multi-Unit Management, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Groups Of People.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Profitability, With A Strong Understanding Of Financial Management And Budgeting.
