In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for the food and lobby areas of our stores, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience. - Develop and execute strategic plans for the food and lobby areas of our stores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and elevated customer experience.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Train and coach store managers and employees on food and lobby initiatives and standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Oversee the implementation of new food and lobby initiatives, ensuring consistency with the Starbucks brand.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality food and lobby products.
- Develop and manage budgets for the food and lobby areas of the stores.
- Regularly assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Communicate and align with senior leadership on goals, strategies, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional and district managers, store managers, and external partners.
- Set and track performance metrics for the food and lobby areas, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead by example and inspire a culture of excellence and customer-centric mindset.
- Provide guidance and support to store managers in achieving food and lobby related goals.
- Execute special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Strategic Planning, Operations Management, And/Or Food And Beverage Management.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Innovative Strategies To Drive Sales And Profitability.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage A Diverse Group Of Individuals.
Extensive Knowledge Of The Food And Beverage Industry, Including Current Industry Trends, Consumer Preferences, And Regulatory Requirements.
