  1. Lead and mentor a team of attorneys by providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
  2. Provide strategic legal guidance to business leaders to support their decision-making processes and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement legal strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
  4. Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate and retail-related matters to identify potential risks and provide proactive solutions.
  5. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents on behalf of the company.
  6. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations and advise on necessary actions to maintain compliance.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external legal partners.
  8. Manage legal budgets and resources effectively to ensure cost-efficient operations.
  9. Represent the company in legal proceedings, including court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  10. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate law and retail operations.
  12. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure legal compliance in employment matters.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential legal issues to minimize risks and protect the company's interests.
  14. Communicate complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner to non-legal stakeholders.
  15. Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience Practicing Corporate Law, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Law Firm.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Contract Negotiation, Drafting, And Review.

  • Strong Understanding Of Intellectual Property And Corporate Governance.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Legal Advice To Senior Management.
