  7. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure the success of retail channels.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability within retail channels.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management on the performance, challenges, and opportunities of the retail channel operations.
